Hey - I think you did fabulous! I just starting looking at the entries in Blog Frog and I'm encouraged and going to start tomorrow. I did it well for a few days (love the 20 minutes) but I moved to Level 2, hated it, and quit. Did some stuff on my Wii, loved it, hurt my knee, quit. But you obviously got some good results in a short amount of time, so thank you for your inspiration! Kim in MI

Oh My Goodness Jackie I would like to know where you stole my body from!!!! So, yes, I slacked and did not make the time to start my shred when I promised....life got a bit hectic and I procrastinated :( HOWEVER let me say looking at your before and your after I am thinking that little miss procrastination needs to get her butt in gear literally. HAHAHAHA even if I am babysitting tomorrow I can make time because the babies will sleep for ever and I can make the 3 year old try to do it with me :)

BTW I hope I can look as fabulous as you do after 30 days. Right now I am suffering from the no its not a waist it is the top of my muffin top LOL I want a waist again

I have also been doing the SHRED. Good for you on your dedication. I must say I have not been as diligent as you. I try and do it 3 times a week to get some muscle tone and fat loss. Do you thing doing the SHRED is enough or have you also altered your diet? I'm not sure 20 mins is enough to get a great work out, what do you think? Again, my compliments to you and all your hard work. YOu look great! :)

Hi Jackie, I just wanted to say that I am on my second 30 days of the shred and am still in level 2. I can't seem to be able to do level 3 yet, but level 2 still kicks my butt and makes me want to feel like passing out! So that's good LOL. Anyway, I have had extraordinary results with the shred and am super happy of my results, but I'm now having a hard time with my knees. I'm doing the shred every other day now because I can barely walk, the pain is so bad after i work out. I need the day to recover. I want to continue but don't know if my knees can handle it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

So happy to see someone of a normal size doing this and having results. I have a friend that is crazy thin and she was telling me to get into this and how much shes lost. It made me roll my eyes, cuz we are 2 very different shaped ladies. Im short and curvy and shes tall and lean. Im happy to see your results and it has encouraged me to get on this program, stat! Thank you and you look amazing! Keep it up!
