Day 25 of the shred

Somedays you seriously have to push yourself through.

Today, i was dreading working out. I am tired because i haven't slept good for 3 days. Today is one of those days when you just feel like saying "eh forget this" but that's not the plan. The goal is to get through these 5 days like a champ, and i will.

Where are my shred ladies at? tell me about your days..

I am going to cuddle under my blanket now :)

Your doing great! Your almost there! Those shoes looked awesome, I think if I can stick with this I may look into getting a pair.

Oh, I now how you feel, that was my kind of day too!! I finished day 5 though! I really didn't want to do it, but made my self. I'm on level one and once I get past the first circut I'm pretty much ok. Just something about the first circut makes me want to quit!!

Got my treadmill piece in today, hoping to add some of that in to. I have tons to do tomorrow so I'm hoping to get day 6 in, but will take Sunday off.

Hang in there and push forward.
I just finished day 6. I got up at 5 to do it before kids got up and i started Christmas shopping.

I am with Laura about the 1st Circuit. I seem to have problems with the final bicycle crunch thing. Ugg. I had to modify this morning.
I do feel tighter and I have lost 5 lbs. Not dieting but conscience about what i am putting in my mouth. I don't seem eat just because as much either. Maybe that is because i feel that if i am killing myself for 20 minutes.... I won't eat 12 cookies.

Are you noticing any changes since your last pictures?

You are my inspiration! I started this workout because of you and I am now on day 5. I have lost 3 lbs and 3.5 inches! I can't thank you enough for being willing to be such an example to other moms! I love the results you are getting, you look amazing!

Laura- The shoes are amazing you should definetly stick to the
workout and buy yourself a pair :0)

Jen i have seen results from level 3- It concentrates on your abs where i need the most work.. Will post pictures on day 30.. Keep going girl :)
