P90X Day 61-67- Week 2 of 5K training & Mommy day 2010

I have never worked out so hard in my life the way I've been for the past 8 days now. I wake up at 5:45 to be out the door by 6am to do my 5K training. Considering I've never been a morning person this has been a bitter sweet experience for me. I hate it but i love it...

The program I'm using to train for the 5K is here http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml Check it out, so far it's bee great!

P90X is going really good, I think my arms are getting a little too big but as i lose the weight it will all even out. So i hope. Weight Loss is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, staying consistent is key yet extremely hard to do, but not impossible. Because of exercise i feel like a different person. I am more active, balanced and happy.

This weekend i had a wonderful mother's day with my family. I am extremely blessed that God chosed me to bear children, especially such beautiful kids like mine :) Thank you Lord for your gift to me..

Good work! It's always hard for me to get started, but it's worth it in the end! Happy mother's day!

Hey girlie, i just wanna say you have a beautiful family, and congrats on the P90X results. i feel terrible because i had to stop my workouts right at the halfway point. 1 month and a half down and 1 month and a half to go and i stopped. i started going back to school and full time work and full time school has had me exhausted. My 90th day would have been saturday, and looking at your results as well as my step mom who did it with me i am feeling down in the dumps. i think maybe since i have had a whole month and a half break (and still maintained my 10 lbs of weight loss from the first half) i will suck it up and wake up at 4:00 everyday and just do it. I want the results so badly and i let my body give out on me. I think i can do it and get back in the game :)

Congrats again!!
