My Kids Workout Too!

I recently purchased Shaun T's Fit Kids Club DVD for my kids and THEY LOVE IT.

They have been watching me workout for 9 months now, they are my #1 cheerleader. Not only do they enjoy watching me they sometimes join me. Even my 11 month old is picking up on this, check her and my 13 yr old doing yoga with me...

That picture of your little one in downward dog is the cutest thing I've ever seen...in the little onsie...LOL. That's a great idea; I don't have kids yet, but might get it for me sister. Her 4 yr old loves, loves, loves to workout! Good post~

Jackie--
I stumbled across your blog...love the fitness theme! As a Registered Dietitian I enjoy seeing families incorporate all kinds of techniques for healthy living.

A few years ago, at age of 35, I was diagnosed with a crippling autoimmune disease. I was in/out wheelchairs, homebound, and couch-bound at times. Right now God has granted me remission and Im able to walk more. I never take for granted the ability to walk anymore...so Im proud of you for doing such a great job with your family!

Keep up the good work!

I love that idea! What a great thing to do with your kids! I bet they love it too! I will be keeping my eye on that one! I just might want to try that with mine.

That is so cute! My 3 year old will try a few yoga poses with me too. Exercise is great and it is best to teach them while they're young :O)

Keep it up!
